Sentinel Co Ordinator
Pendersons is a small but busy Training Provider, primarily for the Rail Industry. The successful candidate will have a good basic knowledge of microsoft office, accurate keyboard skills, excellent communication written/verbal, have good organisational skill and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
There are many parts to this role, making it a varied and interesting position. Dealing with customers and arranging our trainers time. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount for this role.
Key roles and responsibilities would be promoting Pendersons on social media and digital marketing, to quote courses to the customer, send booking forms, invoice the customer, book hotels for staff when needed, arrange medicals, upload training events to the Sentinel system etc. All these things can be trained to the right candidate.
Position will be full time, salary negotiable.
